Working in Photonics in Berlin 2022

The annual event “Working in Photonics in Berlin” aims to provide a platform where companies/research institutes and physics students/recent graduates can meet, exchange information and connect. It is aimed at university students and early-stage researchers (graduates, undergraduates, Master’s students, PhD students and early stage post-docs) from all STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and Photonics focused areas.

The event will give you a peek into the vast opportunities that the photonics careers landscape offers and provides you with a roadmap for better employability. The session will feature short presentations from different organizations and the chance to ask questions. You will also be able to network with experts from academia, industry and entrepreneurship in a casual atmosphere with food and drinks.

This event is organised in cooperation between the EU funded Project CARLA, the SPIE/OSA Student Chapter Berlin, OpTecBB e.V. and Ferdinand-Braun-Institut.
