IBZ ADLERSHOF

The IBZ Adlershof consists of three residential buildings, which are connected by a passage, opening into the event and meeting places. The first two houses were completed in 1997, providing 27 apartments, each with accommodation for between one and four people. They are located close to the research institutions and are fully furnished. Since the end of 2004, a further 16 apartments have been available, following the completion of the third house, an undertaking financed by Bessy GmbH.

The bright apartments are embedded in an open, green environment. A large inner courtyard with garden furniture invites one to linger. There is also a library, a seminar room, free WLAN-Internet access and a TV room with a piano available for scientific, social and cultural activities. A fitness and table tennis room, a billiard and kicker room as well as the garden provide space for sports and leisure activities. For our younger guests we have a playroom and a small playground in the courtyard.

Floor plans and photos are examples of our flats and show the status when the website was created. Changes may have been made at the time of renting. We will be happy to inform you about the current status.
